 영어 휴가 공지 문구｜Holiday notice 

여름 휴가 시즌이다. 몸담고 있는 중소기업도 휴가를 간다. 

따라서 몇 몇 업체에 휴가 공지를 띄웠다. 영업 담당자라면 휴가전 반드시 해야할 일 중의 하나다.

 

Format은 간단하다.

몇일부터 몇일까지 XX휴가입니다. 몇 일 다시 오픈입니다. 뭐 별게 있을게 있나...

휴가공지 영어문구 세 가지. 

1)

Please be informed that our office will be closed from 1st of Aug to 6th of Aug for Summer holidays. We will reopen on 7th of Aug. 

We seek your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2)

To all our valued customers. Thank you very much for your help and support all the time. 

We would like to inform you that we will be closed from Tuesday 1st to Friday 4th of August 2017 for Summer holidays. 

We will resume our business from Monday 7th of August 2017.

3)

To all our valued customers. This office will be closed from 1st of Aug to 6th of Aug due to  Summer holidays. We will resume working from 7th of Aug.

We seek your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

휴가 기간 및 휴가이유 그리고 복귀일만 바꿔가며 쓰면 된다.

물론 연말 연시 휴가는 좀 더 폼나는 내용으로 "Wish~ "를 넣어야 되겠지만.

괌 비행기를 열심히 알아봤지만 거기가 더 덥다고 겨울에 가자는 제안을 받아들여 최종 전라도로 가기로 했다. 이리저리 고생길이다.
